Community Information We have started building new homes in the newest Guarded Community in Huntsville. Nandina Estates of Lake Forest prices range from $250K - $290K, and Holly Park of Lake Forest homes range from $295K - $400K. Several lots have already been reserved for custom homes. We have also begun building homes in one of North Alabama's elite golf communities, Canebrake. We are very excited about having the opportunity to build homes in such a great community.
